e92
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to e92, the private ecommerce intelligence and operations platform operated for ecommerce92.
Use of e92
e92 is an invite-only platform. Users may access the service only with an approved account and only for authorized ecommerce research, reporting, client management, marketplace intelligence, and operations work.
Account access
Google sign-in verifies identity, but it does not automatically grant access. e92 separately checks approved users, account status, workspace memberships, and role permissions before allowing access to protected data.
Connected services
Approved users may connect third-party services such as Google, Amazon, Etsy, and AI providers for workspace workflows. Users are responsible for connecting only accounts they are authorized to manage and for complying with each provider's terms, policies, and API requirements.
Human approval
e92 may generate AI-assisted recommendations, drafts, reports, and publishing proposals. Users remain responsible for reviewing accuracy, compliance, and suitability before approving external changes.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another workspace without authorization.
- Do not upload malicious files, scripts, or content that violates law or third-party rights.
- Do not use connected APIs in a way that violates provider policies.
- Do not bypass permission checks, audit logs, approval gates, or security controls.
Availability and changes
e92 may change, suspend, or improve features over time. Some integrations depend on third-party APIs and may be limited by external approval, rate limits, permissions, provider outages, or account configuration.
